最近は年齢的に無理ですが、５，６年前まではサイクリングのお世話をしたり、私自身走りました。
しまなみ海道は1999年開通当時から走りました。時々休憩しながら、穏やかな瀬戸の海や大・小の島々を眺め、楽しみました。

Although I am too old to do so now, I was involved with the world of cycling until around 5 or 6 years ago and did much cycling myself.
I began cycling the Shimanami Kaido when it first opened in 1999. I enjoyed the views of the peaceful Seto Inland Sea and many islands while stopping occasionally to rest on my journey.
